The Trenton Military Family Resource Centre (MFRC) will use its magic to make the National Air Force Museum of Canada (NAFMC) come to life on Saturday, May 12 for the 14th annual Invisible Ribbon Gala: A Night at the Museum, sponsored by Scotiabank!
This year’s event will showcase spontaneous skits and vignettes in a dinner-theatre setting, animating famous RCAF history but also present-day stories of military families. This theme of ‘the unexpected’ complements the objective of the gala by emphasizing the unique and sometimes surprising challenges military families face as a part of the Canadian Armed Forces lifestyle. The MFRC will be prepared to respond to challenges military families face in a timely manner through the development of innovative programs and proactive, responsive services. Services like emergency child care, youth and children programming with a focus on integration and resiliency.
The evening will feature a cocktail hour, formal dinner, live and silent auctions, and entertainment.
Tickets for the Invisible Ribbon Gala: A Night at the Museum can be purchased online at www.invisibleribbon.ca or in person at the Trenton MFRC, located at 50 Rivers Drive East, off of RCAF Road. For more information, please contact email@example.com.
