Our foundations of yoga is a 4-week beginner workshop that we will be offering starting April 17th.
This workshop is suitable for those who are brand new to yoga, or those feeling out of practice & wishing to recommit.

The cost of the program is going to be $99, but if you sign up before April 6th the cost is ONLY $79.
The Foundations of Yoga, provided by Jen Grant. Jen is a certified yoga instructor with a 200hr RYT from Vimoksha Yoga School in Goa, India. Jen provides a basic flow yoga class specializing in Hatha/Vinyasa yoga styles.
This workshop is appropriate for all levels.
