Activities include: strength training, step exercise, cardiovascular & HIIT. Improve your body health and mindset. All fitness levels are welcome.
Sessions are every Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, 8:30am - 9:30am and 4:00pm - 5:00pm. Instructor is Shaylina Cochran. Two payment options: $40 per month, unlimited or $5 each workout session.
