We have a incredible 6 course taster menu with wine pairings, an homage to rarely humble always delicious, gregarious Alentejo black pig. Ricardo and I are joined on the night by one of Portugal's most dynamic wine makers Pepe from Herdade do Portocarro. A fun, food filled evening, with an abundance of fine wine and good company
Seating is limited to 40 guests and this is a prepaid ticketed event .

Gin Blot w/ Mediterranean fever tree & pink grapefruit (Portuguese gin using as its main botanical the bolotos/acorns used to feed Porco Preto black pig)
Black Pork & Calvados Pate w/ dried fig & orange jelly
- 1st: Tears of Anima Rose
Porco Preto Black Pudding, Alentejo Chorizo w/ spicy BBQ sauce
- 2nd: Alfiate
Alentejo Scotch Egg /stuffed with Black pudding
- 3rd: Herdade do Portocarroa Tinto
Secretos do Porco Preto w/ Portocarro truffle & mushroom risotto
- 4th: Caval Moluco
Stuffed Leg of Porco Preto (sage, onion, chestnuts & dried prunes) w/ roast potato, sweet potato puree, wilted spinach & Madeira sauce.
Desert- Quinta do bacalhoa Rose Superior Moscatel 2002
Trilogy/Alentejo fig & carrot cake, oranage cake & sweet rice pudding, garnished with pine kernels.

Selection of Alentejo Cheese w/ homemade pumpkin jam crackers and crudités
