If the choux fits, fill it! Join Pastry Chef Shanna Avila and Dakota Tackels of Crumbs & Crumbles for a class all about pate a choux. This french dough is made and then piped to create your favorite treats such as profiteroles and eclairs. You will learn how to make it from scratch, bake it, and fill it. This will be an Interactive Demonstration class. On the Menu: Paris-Brest, Profiteroles (aka Cream Puffs), Eclairs, Profiterole Beignets. 10am—12pm, $60
