ABSOLUTE BEGINNERS BELLYDANCE.
Starting Tuesday 17th April at 11am at Zenubian Space, 136 Hither Green Lane.
Bellydance is a great way to tone up, improve body confidence and core strength and control. This class is open to all shapes, sizes, ages and abilities. No previous dance experience is necessary.
Bellydance is low impact toning exercise, it improves posture and muscle control, and will get you moving in a new way (you may discover muscles you didn’t know you had), and most importantly it will make you feel really really good about you! (You do Not have to show your belly).
