Qi Gong is a moving meditation, as the body moves the mind remains still, creating a sense of balance, strength and flexibility. Having balanced and smoothly flowing energy is the key to experiencing and maintaining wellness.
Yin Yoga postures are held passively for several minutes in order to access a safe and positive stress on the deep layers of connective tissues in the body. In this Yin Yoga practice you will blend the art of Breath Yin and Restorative Yoga to bring you into stillness and ease of body and mind.
