Project You is back! Just in time for Mother's Day. This is a month long FULL health and wellness program done from anywhere! This is for any woman, any age, any level who wants to improve her overall wellness with a focus on personal goals, energy, exercise, nutrition, mindset and self care. All ages. All levels. This online coaching group will jump start you into a healthy routine or take your already healthy routine to the next level!
For the month you will have DAILY coaching from Certified Personal Trainers, Wellness Coaches and Food & Nutrition Experts while you work alongside an incredible support system of women (aka my wellness warriors!) working on improving themselves just like you! Women who are getting kick ass RESULTS and love to share their tips for making it work within the chaos of mom life!
Together, we will guide you through taking care of YOU via healthy (and REALISTIC -- we like wine and cheese) eating, family friendly recipes & meal planning, quick workouts for your level to do on your OWN schedule, exercise & nutrition education, women's wellness topics, personal development and more.
