In this workshop Yogis of all levels will benefit from the techniques that will be presented. Inversions level 1 program is a workshop style class of about 4 hours presenting the fundamental exercises to approach the major active inversions of the Yogic world, handstands and forearm balances. Most exercises will be based on alignment, and strength wall building exercises. This exercises will lay the foundation for the practitioner to understand how to apply different muscles of the body in order to reach and assimilate balance while they are inverted. Towards the end of their practice they will be doing cooling down exercises for the shoulders, arms, and neck in order to reach balance.
