In this course you will receive practical advice and meditations on how to stay calm and focused in the midst of pressure. By putting these advice into practice we can build a strong inner core which enable us to be happy, balanced and free from stress and negativity. Perfect for coping with times of increased stress & busyness, or when multiple demands are made on us in our work and personal lives.

The class is taught by our Resident Teacher Gen Kelsang Tubchen who has over 17 years of meditation experience and of guiding people in meditation in the midst of daily life. She is known for her depth and clarity in her teachings.
