We heard a rumour that North Brewing Co might be brewing up something special with Brouwerij de Molen this April...
So we thought that it would only be right to invite them to take over our taps!
Pouring throughout the weekend:
Sweet malty backbone accompanied by strong flavoured hops that give this DIPA a citrus aroma and flavour. Quick-fire buzz words: Fruity, malty, citrus, light grassy.
Hop & Liefde
Citra hopped pale ale. Need we say more? This should be, like, the default choice.
Op & Top
Malt driven ale late hopped with Amarillo. Think of it as a steady away best, thirst quenching and refreshing.
The quintessential imperial stout, aroma: Coco Pops, treacle, raisins, maybe a little molasses. Flavour: liquorice, prune, lavender, a hint of vanilla. Medium body with a great mouth feel.
Vuur & Vlam
Really good aromatic IPA , that brings all that the style has to offer. Hopped with Galena, Chinook, Cascade, Simcoe and Amarillo.
Cher & Choco
Black Forest Gateaux Imperial Stout, brewed with the guys over from Basqueland Brewing Project
Oye & Ohja
Baltic porter-ish. The name roughly translates to "listen here, rapscallion!" & "Well butter me up, you're right!" Collaboration with Yria.
