VOLUNTEERS NEEDED!
Annual Spring Clean-Up organizers set ambitious goals

The 2018 Annual Spring Clean-Up on Hertel Avenue is co-sponsored by The North Buffalo Organization and the Hertel Business Association. The goal is to cover Hertel Avenue from Shoshone to Delaware If enough volunteers are recruited. Are you in?

NEW STARTING POINT
The Spring Clean-Up will kick-off at a new location this year: Meet us on Hertel Avenue in front of Shoshone Park to sign-in and grab some coffee and water courtesy of Delaware District Councilman Joel Feroleto and Erie County Legislator Peter Savage.

Volunteers will pick-up litter, weed and remove debris from tree beds, mulch tree beds as needed, gather trash bags, and place at designated locations. Teams of volunteers will tackle large areas such as the public parking lots and the former North Park Library. Mulch will be distributed along Hertel in advance of the volunteers.

HE'S GOT THE MULCH!
Special thanks to volunteer Keith Adornetto and his company, Keith Adornetto Landscaping, for donating the mulch, lending equipment, and working hard year after year to make Hertel look good!

PIZZA PARTY!
And when we're done, join us for pizza at Noon courtesy of the Hertel Business Association at the site of the old North Park Library, Hertel at Delaware!
