Introducing children to yoga at an early age can help them learn to be more mindful and set the foundation for a healthy lifestyle. This practice not only increases strength, stamina and flexibility, but also teaches body awareness, concentration and breath control. Children ages 5-8 will have fun while learning about asana (poses), pranayama (simple breath work), and age-appropriate meditation.

Classes start April 29 and continue weekly until June 3.
