Take your work out to the next level with this monthly High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) boxing series. Focusing on proper punching and kicking techniques, participants will build punch and kick combos using the heavy bag and target mitts. This series will build up cardiovascular endurance, core stability and mobility.

SCHEDULE:
April 3 - April 26:
Tues & Thurs | 8 a.m. – 9 a.m. with Megan
Tues & Thurs | 5:30 – 6:30 p.m. with Melissa

May 8 - May 31:
Tues & Weds | 6 – 7 a.m. with Megan
