And how well do you master flowing with your cycle? Kundalini Yoga teacher Sangeet Kamal Kaur invites you to dive deeper into these topics by joining a series of workshops “On Being a Woman”.
“On Being a Woman” is designed to deeply explore your feminine nature, share with other women and learn to create well-being by granting yourself the freedom to live up to your cyclic nature. Within a save circle of women and based on Kundalini Yoga exercises, we will jointly explore topics like “the menstrual cycle”, “radiance and beauty”, “happiness, pleasure and sexuality”, “premenstrual syndromes” and “food for women”.
