Often we rush through life paying little attention to what is going on around us. Our minds are busy making plans, worrying about the future, getting lost in daydreams or regretting the past. Our Morning of Mindfulness workshops provide a space to slow down and to deeply rest in this present moment. Afterwards, float out the door ready to enjoy the rest of your Sunday!
