This 3-part series is designed to help you fall asleep and sleep deeper so that you can wake up rejuvenated and ready for a beautiful day!
In the first easy yoga class, you’ll journey through several easy poses that you can do in bed in order to relax and unwind the body to improve your sleep! Pranayama or breath work will help to relax the nervous system and bring the mind to a place of peace and calm.
In the second class we'll, be spending an hour doing Yoga Nidra or Yogic Sleep. This is an immensely powerful yet simple meditation technique that allows the body to deeply relax while the mind stays inwardly alert. You’ll reach the border between waking and sleeping states. This will help you to re-train the mind and body on how to let go of the world outside in order to prepare for sleep.
In the third class, we'll be putting the two together. The final class will be 2 hours where we start off with the poses and breathing, then finish with the yoga nidra.
You will leave each class feeling fully relaxed and ready for a night of rejuvenating sleep. You’ll have techniques to take home with you so that you can improve your sleep.
