Hank Jackson is a Brooklyn-based selector and producer with a love of oddball techno with releases on Proibito, Mister Saturday Night Records and anno. Kevin McAuley, aka Pangaea, is one-third of the Hessle Audio label, boss of his own Hadal imprint and a producer who pulls from UK bass music, breaks and techno to create galvanizing, muscular tunes. It's an aesthetic that shows up in his DJ sets, too. With these two at the controls, be prepared for a night of left-field excursions and barn burners alike.

Indoors at Nowadays is a gathering place with an amazing analog soundsystem and wood dance floor. The room was dreamt up and brought into being by the Mister Saturday Night and Mister Sunday guys.
We're on the border of Bushwick and Ridgewood, and we've got a full bar and kitchen. We throw parties on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays, and we do immersive listening sessions called Planetarium on Sundays.
We have a cover charge after 10pm on Fridays and Saturdays, and after 6pm on Sundays. Aside from that, it's free to come hang. If you want to join us on a weekend night, but you're a little tight on dough, you can buy early bird tickets on RA, or RSVP for reduced or free entry on Fridays and Saturdays at http://nowadays.nyc/rsvp.
We look forward to seeing you soon.
