Whether you are training for an endurance race (attention marathoners!),
looking to supplement your cardio routine (spinning or kickboxing), or interested in
some cross-training from your gym routine, this class is perfect for you.
Our Yoga for Athletes class, including Ball Rolling, will take you
through a series of highly effective strengthening and stretching exercises that are
key to the demands of athletes, no matter what sport you are involved in.
As a marathoner, spinner, kickboxer, and yogi, I will make you a believer. Yoga,
when practiced regularly, helps reduce injury, improve recovery, and most
important creates mindfulness to get your head in the game, so that you can run the
distance you have always dreamed, powerlifted your goal weight (safely), or cycle
the Tour de France.
