Join us for Zumba®, a total-body workout combining elements of cardio, muscle conditioning, balance, and flexibility. This workout mixes low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance party that will benefit all fitness levels. You'll leave class with a serious energy boost!

The session will be led by Celinda Casanova, a licensed Zumba® instructor.
