Whether you’re training for a race, looking to become more flexible, or rehabbing an injury, yoga is a great complement to any runner's training program. Open to all levels, the practice will enhance the mind-body connection and incorporate it into your running.
The March 3 class will be taught by Daniel Gaouette. Learn more about his practice, which focuses on recovery while improving overall technique and body awareness.
Please bring your own yoga mat. If you do not have a yoga mat, one will be provided for you on a first-come, first-served basis.
