Join us for a Yin Nidra class to open the body and mind to your best run.
Yin poses target connective tissue such as ligaments and tendons, as well as fascia. It also softens, improving the flow of energy through your body. We’ll work for 55 minutes to help generate a ‘phase change’ in the connective tissues of the hips, legs, knees and lower back. Then, we’ll end with 20 minutes of breath work and meditation.
