Currently sick of your old fitness routine? Looking to switch up your workouts? Get some accountability? Or looking to start on your fitness goals? Come to O2 Fitness the week of April 8-14 to try out any/all classes they offer for FREE!

Whether you want to unwind for the day with some yoga and meditation, want to sweat it out with Ride, or try out a new weight training class with BodyPump, we give you access to try our classes at your convenience.

Simply mention that you are a resident of The Standard at the front desk of our O2 Fitness James Island location and they will direct you to where the classes are being held. Enjoy!

BODYCOMBAT™ is a high-energy martial arts-inspired workout. You'll learn how to punch, kick and strike your way to superior fitness and strength.

BODYPUMP™ is the original barbell workout for absolutely everyone. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition (reps) BODYPUMP™ gives you a total body workout that burns calories, strengthens and tones.

Gentle yoga - This class is designed for beginners through intermediate students.In Gentle Yoga, you'll be guided through postures in a Vinyasa style, beginning with the basic poses, but allowing for more challenging poses based on your practice level.Props are encouraged to allow the body to fully achieve each pose comfortably.

HIIT - HIIT is a form of interval training, an exercise strategy alternating short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less-intense recovery periods. HIIT is a form of cardiovascular exercise.

Meditation - Take time out of your busy day to refresh, relax and find some stillness through the practice of meditation. While those are some of the most commonly known benefits of meditation, in recent years there has been more and more physical and emotional health benefits discovered through science. Research studies continue to shine light on these proven benefits, and there are even more that strongly suggest additional ways meditation encourages better health in pretty much all areas of the body.

O2 Barre - Using a wall or freestanding bar with elements of ballet, Pilates, and yoga, Barre exercises rely mainly upon one's bodyweight for resistance, and the moves challenge your core stability and balance to leave you feeling strong, sleek, and streamlined. For all Fitness Levels. No Dance experience required.

O2 Core - One of the latest industry trends, core conditioning is more than just an ab workout. This 15 or 30 minute class will strengthen the muscles from your hips to your shoulders, helping to increase stability of the spine and pelvis for overall better health, balance and fitness.

O2 Ride - A planned terrain ride set to music. Aside from being unbelievably fun, you will get fit faster than you ever believed possible. This program is proven to achieve fast results for body fat loss, and is a great way to cross train.

O2 Yoga - A dynamic practice focusing on alignment, breathing, proper positioning in poses, and building strength. Suitable for practitioners of all levels.

Silver Sneakers - The SilverSneakers® Fitness Program can open the door to better health, greater independence, a more fulfilling life. If you're an older adult, see why SilverSneakers® is the key that can unlock that door. MUSCULAR STRENGTH & RANGE OF MOVEMENT: Consists of a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activity for daily living skills. Weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball are offered for resistance; a chair is used for seated and/or stand support.

Zumba - an aerobic fitness program featuring movements inspired by various styles of Latin American dance and performed primarily to Latin American dance music.
