Upset about racism? Struggling to engage with others about it? This talk will provide a model of racial identity development that will help you stay positively engaged in discussions about race and racism. Increase your self-reflection, as you decrease your and others' resistance, defensiveness, and judgments during conversations about race.

Presented by Diana Sandoval, early childhood and parenting coach, and James De Long, former director of the University of Washington Master of Social Work Extended Degree Program.
