A message to all oenophiles, collectors and straight up lovers of all things grape! You will be delighted to learn that the sixth instalment of our Pairing Dinner Series will see Hyde de Villaine joining us on Level 32.
The Hyde and de Villaine families are related by marriage and share long histories in French and Californian wine making. At Hyde de Villaine, they bring together their knowledge and experience for the purpose of creating the single vineyard wines from Napa Valley and Sonoma for which they have gained such high distinction.
On hand to proudly showcase a specially selected collection of wines across a range of exceptional vintages will be James Eyer, General Manager of Hyde de Villaine. To perfectly round off this exclusive pairing experience, our very own Executive Chef, Marcus Eaves, has created a bespoke five course menu, skilfully considered to complement and enhance each of the extraordinary wines served on the evening.
Bookings can be made for up to 8 guests, allocated across our shared Library Table in Oblix West. Please note that the full menu price will be required as a deposit.
