Join Stacey for 2 hour Sunday meditation workshop. The perfect opportunity to slow down your Sunday and find space to breathe, ease and restore your mind body and soul.
Throughout the two hours to you will be gently guided through a number of different meditations, including pranayama (breath work) affirmations, mindfulness techniques, yoga nidra and sound meditation, allowing you to immerse yourself in a sense of calm.
Set in the peaceful surroundings of OHSO YOGA, this workshop is ideal for anyone wanting to learn more about meditation, deepen your current practice, or to just simply find a please of clarity and tranquillity.
Warm drinks and nibbles will be shared during the breaks, allowing you to reflect and ask any questions.
