Get hands on for a day with the award-winning chief winemaker Joshua Phillips from Ohana Winery and help with the process of making delicious strawberry wine.
Start by first crushing some of the most beautiful, fresh Bundaberg strawberries. After the crush, you will then assist in pressing strawberries to obtain the fresh juice ready to be turned into wine.
After all this hard work, it will be time for lunch...and some wine tasting!
After lunch, you will learn about juice adjustments and fermentation, before adding the yeast. Ending the day with a small amount of bottling, where you will take home two freshly bottled wines, with your own personalised label.
