Join Ohana Yoga NC for an All Level Yoga Flow for anyone of any age. This Yoga Class will help build flexibility, strength, and balance. Whether you are nursing old injuries, or you are currently competing as an athlete, this class will heal your body and improve overall physical coordination. If you've never tried yoga, you'll feel welcomed attending this yoga class. This Yoga Class is meant for anyone with a heartbeat. Make sure to bring a positive attitude and a yoga mat.
