Join us for Early morning conditioning and yoga. Classes will begin with 5 minutes Pranayama and intention setting. 5 minute warm up. 20 minutes conditioning/circuit training 20 minute Yoga and 10 minute Nidra. Classes are 10 euro drop in or 72 euro for 9 classes in the month of April. Places are limited Please PM for further information. Bring a Bottle of water and a blanket for nidra.
