Don't miss the first night of this national tour celebrating two mindfulness educators and their special guest from the Himalayas as they make their way towards Carnegie Hall. Michel Pascal and Daniel Gutierrez will present a talk on Mindfulness and its positive impact on our high stress society. They will be joined by monks from the Himalayas who will liberate and elevate our vibrations with traditional chants from Tibet.
Author of "Meditation for Daily Stress" Michel Pascal spent many years living and studying in the Himalayas under renonwed Buddist master Chepa Dorje Rinpoche. Michel is the decicated disciple of Theologian Psychologist Jean-Yves Leloup. He is also advised by and works closely with neuroscientists Dr. Mario Beauregard, Ph.D., and by Dr. Natalie Trent, Ph.D. author and professor at Harvard University.
Daniel Gutierrez has found fulfillment in his dedication to becoming a Mindfulness Master. He has spent the last ten years leading retreats and classes on deep dive mindfulness immersion. When faced with extreme pressure Daniel coaches executives how to go from high strung to highly productive. Featured in the documentary Luminous World Views, Daniel is one of eighteen world renowned transformational thought leaders.
