This class is for all moms, especially those with new babies and youngsters. Give yourself the time to restore and rejuvenate your body and mind with Yoga Nidra. Join other mothers for this sleep based meditation practice. You will be guided to lay down on the floor all cozy with pillows and blankets, comfortably still and simply witness. The hardest thing you will have to do is not fall asleep! Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation where your thinking mind can quiet by entering a space between wake and sleep. While sleep is restorative, it is an unconscious act. In Yoga Nidra, you enter a similar sleep-like state where you consciously adopt those rhythms through deliberate action and deep relaxation.

Yoga Nidra is about doing less not more.

No experience needed. Dress comfortably. Bring your favorite blanket and eye pillow if you have one.
