**Yoga at the Om Home has added a Wednesday evening class**
Classes consist of gentle yoga geared toward beginners focusing on proper alignment and judgement-free body awareness. Practice will begin with an intention and end with a short meditation and breath work.
**Space is Limited, please arrive early to get a spot**
We have a few extra Yoga mats available. However, if you have extra mats and/or props to share, please bring them.
