BALA Kids Yoga is a child-centered, non-competitive, nature-inspired kids yoga brand created by kids yoga instructors, Katrina Jackson & Victoria Long. Our mission is to provide children with a warm & welcoming environment to just be themselves. Encouraging artistic expression and independent thinking through purposeful play, we aim to build each child's self-confidence and creativity. We understand that deeper learning through open-ended questions, paired with positive reinforcement establishes an uplifting atmosphere where supporting the physical and emotional growth & development of every child comes first.
It is our intention with BALA to prepare children for a bright future by promoting a healthy & integrated body, mind, and spirit. We believe children are competent and capable individuals who deserve to have a say in their unique learning experiences.
