In today's increasingly stressful & fast-paced world, we seem to be teaching our kids how to "succeed" in their outer, physical world while neglecting to teach them how to navigate their inner, emotional world. The result? A U.S. "epidemic" of anxiety diagnoses appearing at earlier & earlier ages.

During this workshop, your kiddo will learn a variety of techniques & tools to help them soothe the nerves and calm the mind. Join Katrina & Victoria as they explore seated yoga postures, breathing techniques, and self-calming mudras - all accessible to practice any time anxiety might strike: especially at school!
In addition to exploring seated yoga poses, breathing exercises, and mudras to soothe anxiety, in this workshop we will also be creating a Handmade Anxiety Toolbox consisting of:
-Weighted Eye Pillow
-Parent Newsletter/Info Sheet
