Dec. 4 and 6, 7-9pm
Please come prepared to sing 16 bars from 2 different types of songs (does not have to be memorized). You may bring prepared music (an MP3 or CD), but NO acapella singing or songs from NUNSENSE at the auditions. There will also be cold readings from the script.
Bring your calendars and be prepared to note rehearsal conflicts.
Dec. 9, 1-3pm
Auditioners will be asked to sing parts of different songs from NUNSENSE. The songs will be taught at the audition.
Our first read through will be Thursday, Dec. 14 at 7pm and rehearsals beginning on January 4. These will generally be Tuesday and Thursdays evenings from 7-9pm, and Saturdays from 2-4pm. Dance rehearsals will be on Saturdays. A specific rehearsal schedule will be available at auditions.

SISTER MARY REGINA, MOTHER SUPERIOR: Female, 60’s (Range: B3-F5)
A feisty Sophie Tucker-type who can't resist the spotlight.
SISTER MARY HUBERT, MISTRESS OF NOVICES: Female, mid 50’s (Range: G3-F5)
The second in command, she is always competing with the Mother Superior.
SISTER ROBERT ANNE: Female, Mid 30’s (Range:G3-D5)
A streetwise taught character from Brooklyn. A constant source of aggravation for the Mother Superior.
SISTER MARY AMNESIA: Female, Late 30’s (Range: Db4-C6)
This nun lost her memory after a crucifix fell on her head. She is very sweet.
SISTER MARY LEO: Female, Early/Mid 30’s (Range: G#3-G5)
The novice, who has entered the convent with the firm desire to become the first nun ballerina.
