EVERY WEDNESDAY 2-3PM
Practising yoga improves strength and posture, increases flexibility, improves circulatory health, and brings an overall increase in energy levels. But the benefits aren't restricted to the physical... there are plenty of other reasons to join in too!
Regular practice calms and soothes the nervous system, reduces stress levels, and helps to lift depression. Most importantly, yoga connects us with our true Self and allows us to see things more clearly, without the distortions of the egoic mind.
In our classes at The Space, focus is placed on coordinating movement with breath. By learning to control the breath, we gain more control over the mind. Yoga holds the potential to improve our health on mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical levels - making us happier, more grounded, and better equipped to deal with the stresses of everyday life.

Classes are suitable for complete newbies as well as those with some experience who are looking to refine their asana practice.
