Mindfulness for Pain Relief With Dominic Cogan

Many people recognise the value of Mindfulness in reducing stress but can it also help in managing chronic pain? This short workshop will:

• Explain what Mindfulness is

• Explore different responses to pain

• Teach practical mindfulness meditations that help you to cope with physical pain

• Provide list of resources related to Mindfulness and Pain Management

You will have the opportunity to try out these meditations in the workshop and see their potential for yourself.

This workshop is open to those new to mindfulness as well as those with some experience.
