Friday: Easy Flow Sequence
Saturday: Yin for the Upper Body: Arm/Wrists/Shoulders
Saturday: Yin Flow for the Hips
WHAT IS YIN YOGA?
Yin Yoga consists of a series of long-held up to 5 minutes or sometimes longer, passive floor poses that mainly target the lower part of the body: hips, pelvis, inner thighs, and lower spine.

Greater joint mobility, fascia release, improved flexibility, increased circulation, stress/anxiety reduction, balance of mind and body, and much more.
WHAT YOU NEED:
Please bring a Yoga mat, (the studio has mats you may borrow) towel for knees, yoga blocks (the studio has some as well, but you may bring your own!), and if you have a bolster you are welcome to bring that as well. Props help us relax the muscles so we can work more deeply into the fascia/ligaments/tendons
MEET THE INSTRUCTOR:
Bio: Jessica Marie is a 500 RYT certified yoga teacher in the Original Hot Yoga and Yin Yoga. Since graduating in 2016 Jessica Marie has over 700hrs in teaching. In addition to teaching several classes each month, she has daily asana and meditation practice in which she loves to learn and share with all those interested. To balance the high energy yang practice of Hot Yoga and today’s culture of go, go, go, Yin Yoga helped her find a deeper understanding of her body and it’s need to go slow as well.
