Weekly guided meditation focused on accessing and nurturing your calm and centered core, releasing fear, stress and limitation, and opening your heart. We start with the setting of intentions and a reading or two for inspiration. We use some mild aromatherapy that supports a meditative state. You may join in as a part of your ONE Wellness Richmond membership or you may just drop in. Everyone is welcome!
