Get ready to RUN #lundaloppet2018 with Erin. Step off your mat every Tuesday starting 3rd APRIL from 17:30-19:00 to train with Erin.
Each training session will help you to improve your running form, improve your cardiovascular system, strengthen your muscles and fall in love with the rhythm of your footsteps and RUN! We will train for flat surfaces, running uphill and downhill...ahhh downhill :-) and prepare mentally for Lundaloppet Race Day!
Erin has a background in running and has logged thousands of training hours. She ran competitively for her University on the Track and Field Team as well as on the Cross-Country Team. Currently Erin is into spending many hours on the trails and visiting mountains as she runs ultramarathons...that is when she is not on her yoga mat ;-)
Training Time: Tuesdays 17:30-19:00...we will be back in time for the Restorative Yoga Class :-)
Training Dates: April 3rd, 10th, 17th, 24th, May 1st.
Price: 220kr per training session
950kr for all 5 training sessions.
