A free workshop for people with Type 2 diabetes, pre-diabetes, and their caregivers.

Learn tools and gain skills to help you manage diabetes and take a step towards Healthy Change. Small groups meet weekly for 6 sessions.

Learn effective tips and strategies in:
• Pain and fatigue management
• Preventing low blood glucose
• Action plans and problem solving
• Exercise and stress management
• Healthy eating, including planning low
fat meals and reading nutrition labels
