Beginner Half Marathon Program

Your 1st half marathon! We train smart & will get you across that finish line & have fun doing it. Completing a half marathon is more doable than you think with focus & proper training.

No experience needed. However you do need to be healthy enough to start with 30 min walk/run & work up to 10 miles. We encourage you to start walking 2-3 times per week at least 4 weeks prior. You can walk/run or run during training.

Program includes periodization training, group long runs, pace training, nutrition education & everything you need to successfully cross the finish line. "Turtles" welcome!

Please note we've changed our program dates to early spring 2018 starts 5:30pm Magic Island. We'll train at various parks around town.

Mondays & Wednesdays 5:30pm & every other Saturdays 9am; Exact dates TBD soon.
