This is presently our WEEKLY meditation - EVERYONE welcome and no experience needed.
The Open Heart Meditation (OHM) sessions are informal and yet profound. Everyone has a heart - the second, non-physical or 'true' heart that can help. Your heart is the key centre of feeling for calmness, inner peace, joy, love and connection. It also has the ability to facilitate these feelings/states of being.
The meditations led by volunteer heart meditation practitioners with a passion and love to share as they experienced the often gentle and deep positive changes in feeling.
Your non-physical or true heart is the centre of feeling; everything wonderful and special is felt from there. This heart is also a key to health, happiness, greater love, deep peace & growth; both personal and spiritual. The heart is not only deep, it also has its own innate ability to help and heal. There are several hundred common sayings that refer to this:
‘With all my heart’ …
‘From the bottom of my heart’
'In the heart of hearts you know'
The word “heart” is often used to share something special. It is also mentioned in poetry, song and spiritual books for similar reasons. To live life with more heart has an often instant, gentle and profound impact offering you greater health, healing, deep inner peace, guidance, spiritual realisations & joy.

These sessions are for everyone and they offer practical, guided techniques to connect deeper and directly to this heart-centre of yours. Introduction to a heart-healing, wellbeing promotoing and profound Open Heart Meditation is included.
