Sundays, March 4th- April 8th, 9:30-10:30 am. All Levels. This 6-week group class is ideal for both new Pilates students and experienced students who may want a refresher or require a gentler Pilates class. This class is focused on precise exercises with hands-on corrections by the instructors as needed. The 6-week design of the class promotes building a safe and confident foundation of Pilates exercises, and allows students to build on their foundation each week. It is best to attend the class as a 6-wk session but drops-in are also available. Advanced students will be given exercise progression options during class as needed
