We have lost sight of one of the most time-honored healing traditions in the world, fasting. The beauty of fasting is that anybody can do it. Anyone, anywhere, anytime!
Instead of "doing something" to improve your health, how about we look back into history and remember that sometimes "not" doing something is where the answers are.
Fasting is the best anti-aging method we have available. Better than any procedure, pill, or human-contrived modality, fasting is natural and supported through thousands of years of evolutionary adaptations to heal the body.
Allowing every cell in your body to just breathe and take a break, you can go into repair and damage control mode and the implications are extensive:

In this online (live and recorded) orientation you are going to learn the different fasting strategies and protocols, when to eat and when not to eat, troubleshooting, and have ongoing expert support from Dr. Michelle Bean.
There will be 4-6 guided group fasts, and depending on your goals you can select the type of fast that works best for you. We will do these as a group, so you will also have the support of one another. This includes a weekly live (and recorded) check-in and planning for the next guided fast.
