In her presentation Katie will give her views on why it's necessary to transform what has become everyday customer service excellence into 'Personal Service' tailored specifically for every patient that crosses the threshold.
She will argue that today's excellence in service delivery is tomorrow's mediocrity, and that to stay ahead and continuously grow practices and their teams need to constantly challenge long-held beliefs about what people expect both now and in the future.
She believes a one size fits all approach to service just doesn't work, especially for discerning patients, and will encourage all staff to play their part in raising the bar.
