Join Rachel Hilton Monday evenings April 16th-30th from 4:30-6:00 for guided workshops and walk away with lasting self-care tools to help relieve muscular tension, increase range of motion, and eliminate toxins. Learn about the fascia and how to use a tennis ball to target trigger points. Each week we will explore different parts of the body. These techniques are so important for tissue resilience, recovery for athletes, hydration, and immune function. Myofascial release can stimulate collagen and hyaluronic acid production which declines as we age.
