Foodies and beer lovers, join us for the release of Ninkasi’s third-edition of Ground Control, their bourbon barrel-aged imperial stout that was fermented with space-traveled yeast.
Enjoy a beer-pairing dinner created by Bon Appetit’s Executive Chef, Kit Zhu and hear from Ninkasi experts.
The evening will begin with a science demo, followed by a 3-course dinner paired with Ninkasi beers. The grand finale with be dessert served with the exclusive space beer, Bourbon Barrel-Aged Ground Control.
