(Re)Design Your Life 4 week series
An approach to redesigning your life. If things haven't worked out quite the way you thought they would, perhaps it's time to take a look and see what needs to be changed. A chance to re-examine your priorities, make some small (or big) changes in your life to support your needs now.
Week 1: Learn - what works, what doesn't?
Week 2: Imagine - what are your possibilities (endless!)
Week 3: Venture - make some changes in your life
Week 4: Evolve - evaluate and tweak!
Each week we will meet in an outdoor location in Westwood.

A few months ago I was diagnosed with Hashimoto's disease, an autoimmune disease of the thyroid. I've been struggling with fluctuating energy levels, and have been slowly making changes in my routines, my diet and sleep that are making a dramatic difference to how I feel on a day to day basis.
If you are struggling with an aspect of life that "just shouldn't be that way", join us and let's figure out a better way.
I have some assumptions in this course:
You are in charge of your life
You have an infinite number of possibilities available to you
There are no rules
There are consequences to your choices
Taking responsibility for your life is a good thing
I will be facilitating change, I expect you to be in charge of it.
