Join us on Wednesday, April 18th from 7:00-8:00pm for a beginner Brazilian Jiu Jitsu class at Original Strength Institute!

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) is a grappling based self defense that focuses on leverage instead of strength.

Learn how to safely and effectively escape, control, and incapacitate an attacker if they take you down to the ground. Not only is this type of training fun and educational, but you will also get a great workout and experience something new.
